About ClubVerse
ClubVerse is built for the soccer that happens every weekend: community tournaments, amateur leagues and the clubs that play in them, almost all of it run by volunteers.
Most of these competitions still live in group chats, spreadsheets and a whiteboard by the pitch. Scores get lost, tables are worked out by hand at the end of the day, and anyone who could not be there has no idea what happened. ClubVerse puts the whole competition in one place, from the first registration to the final whistle, and publishes it as it happens.
What it does
For organizers
Set up a tournament with its own categories (an Open division and an Over 35 division, for example), rules and prizes. Take team entries and entry fees online, collect player waivers, check players in at the gate and verify ages where a category needs it. Run the group draw, schedule the fixtures and let referees and volunteers enter results from the touchline. Tables, brackets and player statistics update themselves.
For clubs
Keep the squad, the members and the fixtures together. Clubs use ClubVerse to enter tournaments, schedule training and matches with RSVPs, chat with the team and track their record across every competition they have played.
For players, families and fans
Follow any public tournament live without an account: fixtures, results, group tables, the knockout bracket and the leaderboards. Players who sign up get their own career statistics and awards, and can follow their matches on the phone or the watch.
The public tournament pages
Every public tournament on ClubVerse gets its own page at clubverseapp.com, with its fixtures and results by matchday, every group table, the teams, the rules and the prizes. Each team links to its club profile, which keeps a record of every tournament that club has entered. The homepage lists what is being played now, what is coming up and the latest results.
If you want to understand how a competition is decided, the guide to tournament formats explains group stages, knockouts, points and tiebreakers. To see the organizer's side step by step, read how a tournament runs on ClubVerse.
Advertising
Public tournament pages can show one small, clearly labelled ad. Ads never appear on the screens used to run a tournament, on scoring, check-in or registration, or anywhere payments or sign-in happen. Tournament sponsors chosen by the organizer are shown separately from Google ads. The privacy policy explains what ads can and cannot use.
