The whole flow

Three steps, start to kickoff

Open the registration link your organizer shared, sign in, and you're in the manager portal. From there it's the same three steps for every team.

Register your club

Create a new club or enter with your existing one, pick your category, and name your team.

Build your squad

Add players yourself or share your player link so they sign up. Approve them onto the team sheet.

Set your lineup

Pick a formation and drop approved players into positions on the tactical board. Save it.

1 Register your club

Sign in and enter the tournament

Open the registration link and sign in with the account you'll use to manage the team.
Only a club board member can register a club and manage its squad. Create a new club and you're its board member automatically; to enter an existing club, you'll need board access to it.
Choose Create a new club, or pick your existing club if you already have one on ClubVerse.
Tick the category you're entering and give each team a name (defaults to your club name).
Read and accept the waiver, then submit. The host reviews and approves your entry.

2 Build your squad

Add players three ways

New player — add someone directly as a guest (auto-approved, no account needed).
Add from club — pull in members who are already part of your club.
Share the player link — players sign themselves up with a verified account, so their stats follow them all season.
Every squad has a minimum and maximum size — the team sheet shows how close you are.

Click a position on the pitch and choose one of your approved players.
Extra players sit on the bench / substitutes — swap them in any time.
Hit Save formation. You can keep tweaking it right up to the deadline.

Edit freely until the roster locks

Add players, change your lineup, and update details any time before the roster deadline. After it locks, the squad is final.

Board members register

Only a club's board member can register it and manage the squad. One account per club — if yours is already tied to another club, use a different one.

Guest vs verified

Guests appear instantly on the roster. Players who sign up via your link get a verified account, so their stats carry over.

No clashing numbers

Taken jersey numbers are listed as you add players, so two players never end up with the same shirt.
